Miss leading customers and there PATHETIC service!

I have recieved the incorrect information from Bonitas! Pathetic service!

I called and emailed PPN before i confirmed my order with Specsavers to ask them if my account with specsavers comes more than what you guys pay out can i make a special claim from my savings acc to pay the balance and they rep**** saying yes i can i then confirmed my order which was around 4900 and med aid paid around 2000 and than 2900 was going to be taken from my savings to pay specsavers. i was even emailed the form PPn recieved it and accepted and said it would be paid.

I then recieve an email today stating that 'PPN would like to apologize for the misleading information provided with regards to the savings request.'

THIS IS RIDICULOUS i would of never placed my order from specsavers if i knew Bonitas would not pay from my savings.

i have all my emails as proof that you guys said i can use my savings this is horrific service honestly!

i would like someone to call me as this is unacceptable and now i must be liable ????????????????????
