Misrepresentation by Bonitas

Bonitas is so disappointing despite one making enquiries whether telephonicaly or in writing you will not get good advise. I made enquiries months before I consulted with a Dr and was not advised that it will be best if I use the Dr on their list. Despite the many consultants who have visited my work office, despite the many enquiries I personally made.

My complaint was answered but not the questions which i raised. I have been a member for years but its only when you go through something serious that you realise the medical fund actually *****s your money more than it assist. They provide too little money on savings for a lot of medical procedures that one has to go through and by the end of the 1st term your savings will be depleted.

The manner in which they reference for what one is covered for is misleading as you will always be expected to make co-payments. They advise you on the best option to take then when you start raising questions, you are told no one from the fund was supposed to advise you on that. Well I call it misrepresentation.
