Misrepresentation

<p>I joined Bonitas after I was told that it is exactly like Discovery Key Care plus. I pay close to R3000.00 and after 7 visits i was told my medical aid is depleted. I had to pay R340.00 for a doctors visit because i am limited on this plan. Now i have to call for authorisation with every doctors visit?! I never got this from Discovery!!! This is B/S!! Not to mention the pathetic call centre. I had to specifically request a human being (after eventually getting through to a human) because you'll speak to a ****** machine till you're blue in the face and still not understand a ****** thing. I hate this medical aid and i will definitely go back to Discovery.</p>
