Misleading the people who cant afford any other medical aid

My son had to do blood tests last year, on the PDF form Bonitas Boncap says that the give an amount for blood tests. Now after everything was done they only paid 50% of the bill. It does not say anywhere on the information that they only pay 50%. This is really being rogue because they are giving false information and they are misleading the people. There is a reason why im on this medical aid, and now they are *****ing from the people. This is on the information: GP-referred acute medicine, x-rays and blood tests Main member only Main member + 1 dependant Main member + 2 dependants Main member + 3 dependants Main member + 4 or more dependants R1 880 R3 120 R3 730 R4 080 R4 530. No where is says we only pay 50%. If i have to i will take this as far as possible. This is misleading
