Misleading people to join

Im so tired of this medical Aid they are the worst I could come across ,They bill my Birth control from my benefit booster ,but when they tell you before you join they cover contraceptives they lie to you ,they don’t ,because all they want to do is they want to finish you benefits ,

Then to top it off they tell you they cover vaccines ,but the vaccines that my kids have got they don’t cover they tell you ,that they only cover certain ones ,but advise you ,you can go to a clicks or dischem to get the vaccine ,the vaccine they cover you can go to a government sector and get for free ,so what is special about what you cover ???????

You tell me my cover doesn’t cover machine like blood pressure etc ,this is the worst plan that I have ever been on since the history of medical Aid ,it is so bad that the year must end so that I am able to join a scheme where money is value for you ,
