Misleading "Benefit Booster" Allocation & Lack of Communication Transparency

I am loging this query regarding a significant discrepancy in Bonitas’ "Benefit Booster" allocation. As a member on the BONPRIME option, the advertised value for this benefit is clearly stated as a flat R4,000.00. However, my profile dashboard reflects an allocation of only R2,096.98.

Upon querying this shortfall with a Bonitas agent, I was informed that because the benefit booster was "activated" later in the calendar year, the amount was app**** on a pro-rata basis.

This policy is highly misleading and poorly communicated. At no point during enrollment, nor in any official member documentation or system notifications, was it stated that a January activation threshold is required to unlock the full advertised amount. Advertising a fixed R4,000.00 feature on a specific tier, only to implement hidden pro-rata filtering on the back-end without upfront disclosure, is unacceptable business practice.

Bonitas needs to review this lack of transparency, fix the uncommunicated criteria on their platform, and credit my profile with the remaining balance of the advertised benefit.
