Misleading
I have been a member of Bonitas for 5 years now. Recently switched to Boncap option. Had an emergency yesterday and i could not be assisted. Went to gp to and was given a referral for admission. They now saying they want history of condition before they can authorize stay. I have been sitting here since 9 in the morning they have now closed for business 😐. Now I'll be liable for medical bills whereas I am on a plan?
