MIS SOLD BONITAS MEDICAL AID - NO RESPONSE

I signed up to a new Medical aid in February and paid the months installment only to find out Mid month that i was sold a non savings plan as a savings plan. I went to pharmacy to get meds and was told that it was saying member not registered. i then called up Bonita's and found out that my plan was not a savings plan. i then requested a complaint and my plan cancelled and a refund given as i am unable use my plan in a pharmacy and on the day that was going to a doctor my 24/02/2024 I got mail saying my medical aid was cancelled as of the 01/02/2024. without even contacting me and no word on my refund of around R2600 I have contacted them numerous times only to be transferred back into the queue and have emailed them numerous times only to receive automated responses without anyone contacting meI have emailed them regarding a complaint with no response. WHY SHOULD I PAY R2600 FOR SOMETHING THAT STARTED ON 01/02/2024 AND CANCELLED ON THE SAME DAY I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.
