Migration to Bonitas Messup

Good day, my mum is a 76 year old pensioner and more recently a widow. She was moved over from Nedbank Medical scheme to Bonitas in December 2021, as Nedbank Medical scheme went through an amalgamation. She was booked for a surgical procedure this week however Bonitas says that they will not cover as her previous history was 'not disclosed' - this is utter nonsense.

There was supposed to be a seamless migration from Nedbank Medical scheme to Bonitas, at no point was she asked to disclose medical history and this should have been migrated without any waiting periods. Kindly sort this administrative ****up urgently - she needs full cover.
