Mentally chalenged member

Good day

I joined Bonitas as a family, myself,my spouse and my 23 year old daughter that's mentally challenged thus she is fully dependant of me. Whilst joining they asked for documents to proof that my child is challenged and that she gets a disability grant,so she can be registered as a child dependent. I forwarded to them and they accepted it.

When they took of the first installment it was wrong so I questioned it, now they asking for more proof from a specialist but they can't inform me which specialist I should use. My emails are also not being answered
