Membership terminated with out our knowledge

<p>On Friday, 21st July an sms was received that the medical aid scheme number ********** 4030 had been terminated ( already over the 90 day period). There was no sms notification was recieved prior to 90 days period and Email notifications was sent to non existing email addresses.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a company of your statue, do you not make contact physcially with the client for serious matters, or do you just terminate the account!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
