Membership terminated - No reason provided.

Woke up to a notification stating membership has been terminated, no reason or communication provided. Contacted the service support and was advised that the membership has apparently been moved over to a new administrator called PHA. It is in your best interest to advise your members of such as a 79-year-old receiving confirmation that their medical aid has been terminated first thing in the morning has led to added stress. Poor communication skills. And as usual it's "We sincerely do apologise for the inconvenience caused". Because no one cares!!!!
