MEMBERSHIP TERMINATED

I am on the Bon cap option. Bonitas, after numerous emails and a complaint on Hellopeter finally adjusted my monthly contribution to the correct income bracket - thank you. So needless to say, the 2 months that it took to sort this out Bonitas tried to deduct the highest amount which was declined due to the fact that I CANNOT AFFORD IT and do not have the funds. My membership has been terminated due to non payment, I now have to pay two month's outstanding amounts on the HIGHEST income bracket, how can I afford that? This is what all my complaints is about??!! I can pay the outstanding amount on the correct income bracket that I fall under, I still have that money as i saved it for this precise reason, but no, I must pay the highest amounts while I cannot afford it. Now what? Am I talking to a machine? Is there no human logic to be found in Bonitas Credit Control office??
