Membership suspended after 35 years of being faithful to Bonitas

I wrote to you before regarding my membership with bonitas being suspended because of R958.89 that I was not told about in 2015. From February 2022 my membership was suspended but bonitas deducted the monthly payment of R 2100, again in March 2022 they have deducted R 2300.00 from me as a pensioner but claiming their R958.89 which was supposed to be written off or prescribed because I was not informed about it. After they said I must pay this amount I responded to them that why are they not writing that amount off and why now. They have never came back to me. Is the monthly premium that they are *****ing from me as a pensioner not enough? Bring back the pensioners money. No response to the email I sent them but are responding to debit my money. They have already debited more money than what they said i owe them.
