Membership Refund - Delayed

Bonitas delaying my monthly premium refund. R9818 accidentally deducted from my salary in May 2026. I only joined Bonitas from 1 August 2026 and the correct amount of R6360 was deducted. Documents and supporting documents for the refund submitted on 27 August. I have been contacting them every day for an update on the refund status and every time they tell me something else. Also I had to complete 3 application forms and waiting over a month before the activated and confirmed my membership.
