Membership number *** i.n.o Eddie De Souza. I have logged a complaint not so long ago about and in hospital amount not paid to Mulbarton Hospital. Todate they have no plans to inform me the status of the payment. They like us to be rude to them and insult them. Bonitas is the world's worst medical aid. No ethics what so ever. I want this account of R10000.00 settled. They chose the plan and never told me it was a network plan. We have been forced to join the scheme from Nedgroup. I am going to sue you. Get back to me and do your work

Kindly note that the claim for Mulbarton hospital is paid according to the rate negotiated between the Fund and the hospital and an amount of R10682.70 has been short paid as the hospital is overbilling on contract rates.
