Membership Certificate Request

Good day. I require a 'membership certificate' for my mom. She needs to apply for a new medical aid and this is one of the requirements. The owner of the medical aid was my dad who passed away in 2018. The call centre do not want to assist because of the POPI Act. I only need a certificate that reflect the time period my mom was active on the medical aid. The attorneys that assisted with my dad's estate has closed this case. I am not going to request them to re-open the case and submit a request and pay a fee to assist with a member certificate. My mom is a SASSA pensioner. Hope to hear from you soonest.
