Membership "accidentally" terminated

I've been a bonitas member for years and I always recommend it to people, but recently I've been thoroughly disappointed! I simply put in a request to change my membership to pay in my own capacity instead of my employer, I filled in all the required forms, submitted all documents and then the change was confirmed. Lord behold I take my baby for his vaccination and I'm told my medical aid is inactive!

I've been calling Bonitas for weeks now and I've been told my membership was "accidentally" terminated! They keep saying this will be reinstated but it hasn't happened. My family and I are without cover now due to this "accident". This is so reckless and unacceptable!
