It looks like Bonitas are only paying for what they want.

Bonitas did come back to me as to why they didn't pay for the codes below. The Dr is asking for private rates. It is not private rates. It's rates above the limit Bonitas is paying.
My question is still, why didn't you pay the following on the account for Dr Dirk Geldenhuys? If it's prate rates then Bonitas still has to pay the p[portion of the claims, Not just pay nothing and say it's private rates. They must pay medical rates and the amount above these rates is for my account.
