member savings money becomes bonitas cashflow money!!
I have cancelled my Medical Aid at end of August 2023. the refund of your savings is only due 4 months after. (Dec 2023). it is now almost end of January and for the life of me bonites refuses to give me a refund or a date of refund!!
i have comp**** to the 4 month waiting period... can you now comply to the law and pay peoples heard erned money back instead of ********ly keeping it???
