MEGAN JACOBS - a true ASSET to BONITAS

This is a commendation not for BONITAS but for MEGAN JACOBS who assists with Chronic issues. Megan has been super efficient in assisting in a professional and caring way. I have had many gripes with Bonitas in the recent past but seem to have forgotten them since Megan has been assisting me. She reads her emails and responds before office hours and always has a solution for a query. I would like to COMMEND Megan Jacobs for not only being an efficient and professional service provider to me but also to others that I know. Bonitas should take care of such people especially in these times when my perception of Bonitas was at an all time low until I came to deal with Megan following a Hello Peter complaint that I lodged.
