Meds delivered late AND 10 days after claim date!!

I am so livid with these incompetence!!! PHARMACY DIRECT claimed for medication of mine of the ****** 19 April 2015 and delivered it today 10 days later!!!!<br> <br> My urgent meds were up last week already, I could get it at pharmacy on my own as these *****S already claimed for it!!!<br> <br> I WANT MY MEDS ON THE BEFORE 25TH EACH MONTH!!!! I don't give a damn about public holidays then YOU ENSURE that I get my *** meds before hand!!!<br> <br> I WANT A written and this query ESCALATED SO THAT THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!<br> <br> I want it in an email that I will receive my meds before the 25th EACH MONTH and when there's a public holiday, I will receive it BEFORE and NOT after the holiday!!! Holidays are NO EXCUSE!!!! WHO GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO CLAIM FROM MY MEDICAL AID and ONLY DISPENSE 10 days later, it is not rocket science so get with the program!!!
