Medical suspension due to poor administration

I'm having a problem with my medical aid that is been suspended since November 2014 (membership# ***). I received an email that my benefits have been suspended due the amount of R4035 that was outstanding for Nov 2013, Dec 2013 and Jan 2015. I've sent the proof of payments for these months and on the 5th of February 2015 I received an email from Lusanda Rilityana stating that these amounts have been allocated accordingly but my medical is still suspended since I still owe R9225,60. query# 140115Q5KR7K [MI***]. I tried to find out where is the amount of R9225.60 coming from now up until today no one can explain where is this new amount coming from. Tanya Strydom our representative couldn't explain to our payroll clerk. what is said bonitas is taking my monthly contributions all this time but doesn't care about solving the suspension of my medical benefits. Being diagnosed with hypertension last year I've been without my daily treatment since December due to this suspension of my medical aid. To me this is really poor administration as these funds were paid but they can't seem to allocate them accordingly, and why they only pickup 2013 funds in end of 2014?plz assist
