Medical savings

I resigned from my previous employer and I had to cancel my medical aid. I still had medical savings so technically those have to be paid out to me. This is paid 4 months from termination I understand why this rule is place as a medical practitioner has 4 months to submit a claim. I request to speak to a supervisor so that I these funds can be released early and that I will be personally liable if any medical claims are due however I was told that the same supervisor you requesting for will tell you the same thing. I am a Customer Service Manager and I have worked for a medical aid company before, this is the worst service I have ever reserved. If this is the service you train your staff to provide, you really need to look into this.
