Medical Refund
I have been a member of Bonitas for 15+ years and I am disgusted with their service. I filed for a refund in November of 2024, and have been met with excuses and delays to date! Every time I call to do a follow up they give me a date for correspondence and not the actual refund. Bonitas is a horrible medical aid, DO NOT JOIN THIS MEDICAL AID.
