medical exclusion

I have a sick child which was admitted to hospital and he was given lacteal forte and the medical aid paid for this,and on Friday I took him again for the check up and the doctor prescribed lacteal forte for him again and the medical aid declined to pay for this,today(Monday )I phoned bonitas to enquire about this and the consultant told me the medication was on the exclusion list on the webside and I went and check this medication is not on the list,i feel I am paying too much towards this medical aids and this is the service I get.this is very much unfair to us as paying clients,we pay double as is please try to solve this problem
