Medical aid wont pay from supplementary benefits as they advertise
<p>I am on the Primary option. I have supplementary benefits that covers Paediatric consultations.</p> <p>Bonitas paid a GP Consult from this benefit and won't allow me to use it for a Paediatric consult.</p> <p>Why do they get to decide when and how this benefit is used???</p> <p>Why is it that a specialist Paediatric benefit is used to pay for a GP Consult???</p> <p>Will definitely be taking this further.</p>

This complaint has not been resolved according to my satisfaction. I do not understand how they could mark this as resolved. The information they provided me is exactly what I already knew before publishing this review.
