Medical aid with the most inconsistent scheme rules ever.

I've never experience such inconsistency in medical scheme rules as with Bonitas. To the point that I will move to another Medical Aid provider.

Firstly, my wife's pills was paid in full, then they don't want to pay it, then after you phone and complain, they pay it partially.

Secondly, I pay out of my own pocket R 18,000.00 over into my medical savings account to ensure we have enough medical savings should it run out. Then I find out that I cannot use my accumulated savings. But a year before this, it was not a problem.

Never in my life have I experience a business causing me more admin and time spend on sorting out payments etc. than what I have with Bonitas. It is unbelievable that a person pays for a service that takes more time out of your day to sort out payments which is within your benefits.
