Medical Aid terminated

Received an email this morning at 2:41 stating my Mom and Dads medical aid has been terminated after 10 years. No warning whatsoever just terminated. I really hope for your sake this is a system glitch, the payments are up to date and we always follow your rules to the tee. This is really upsetting and gives a terrible impression to the Bonitas brand.
