Medical aid suspension while deductions are going through
Hi Bonitas, just to make you aware that I am reporting you to the Ombudsman, seems like my queries are falling on deaf ears. As we speak my account has been suspended again yet payment has been made. -I have found the details of the ombudsman and i'm escalating my complaint there.
