Medical aid suspended for no reason
I'm really tired of this Medical aid,every month we pay,this is the 3rd month they suspend the medical aid,each and every month I have to send a proof of payment to them even if a put the medical aid number as a reference number,if is not this I get emails that I owe them money that I don't know about.
