MEDICAL AID SUSPENDED

Hi <br> <br> I've had absolutely no joy with Bonitas since the day I joined. Received an email this morning stating that I have an outstanding debt of R1964, upon querying it further I was advised that it was a mistake and I owe R552 towards medical aid contributions. I was not notified about the increase in fees up until today. No emails have been sent to my personal or work email account. Although Bonitas usually correspond to me via my personal gmail account. Since I was not notified I dont think its fair upon me to be liable for this payment. <br> Please can a senior manager at Bonitas contact me to rectify this. I am 7 months pregnant and will not accept for my medical aid to be suspended because of an error on your side. <br> <br> **STILL NO RESPONSE TO MY QUERY AND MY MEDICAL AID HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED**<br> Please can you ensure that my medical aid remains active through the investigation as I received an email to say that its been suspended. I have advised you guys on previous emails that my medical aid should not be suspened until this is resolved due to it not being a fault on my side. <br> <br> Please reactive my medical aid right away until we know the outcome.
