Medical Aid suspended - *** ML Roets

<p>I'm posting this on behalf of my mom. she emailed this through last week.. she finally called and got through and is still waiting for Seth to call her back... Please call her and sort it out. this is ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Credit Control at Bonitas,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please would you be so kind to call me urgently regarding this outstanding amount!! This is being paid by Eskom and I have no idea what they have done except mess me around for the past few months!!! It is surely their duty to advise you of any changes since they pay my medical funds directly to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>How dare you send me such an email saying that you have suspended my benefits after I send an email to your offices yesterday explaining what happened at Eskom!!</p> <p>And that it would be rectified by Eskom end of November!!!! Besides it is EskomESMED who have appointed Bonitas as the preferred supplier!!!</p> <p>I do not appreciate this kind of service from yourselves considering that we have been almost lifetime members of a medical aid fund through Eskom, 40 years plus!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is Eskom Payrolls doings and therefore they need to rectify the matter, it is not in my hands, this is deducted through their payroll of which I have no control over, and since you are fully aware of this Eskom should have been your first point of contact, not the member!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Therefore I urge you to contact Eskom payroll to recitify this matter with utmost urgency, and I expect to receive a confirmation email from you today!! Let it be known to you that I will take this up with yur management today!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot sit on the phone for one hour trying to get through to Bonitas!!!!</p>
