Medical aid savings transfer

I have switched from Bonitas medical scheme the beginning of 2026. My new med scheme came into effect 1 January 2026. To date my savings transfer has not been paid over to my new medical aid. I have been battling with Bonitas for months. We have submitted all required paperwork but every time we deal with a new consultant that sends us back to the start of the process. I need urgent intervention. I have been sending numerous emails with no clear indication of what the hold up is.

We are almost at the end of the year and still no communication.
