medical aid rejections since benefit date started
My husband and our kids have been on this medical aid since Jan 2025, to date we have had endless issues, cant get any over the counter meds, doctors consultations being rejected. It does not make sense that we have to struggle this much. Definitely cancelling the medical aid effective immediately. membership number ***
