Medical aid refund

I recently gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl, but unfortunately I lost my son to infection in October 2023, the problem now is I was paying for the medical aid thinking that my decease son was terminated from the medical aid, only to discover that he was never terminated, My only problem is that I am given the runaround regarding the 4 months refund, kindly assist regarding this sensitive issue because now everytime I get pulled back to the day I lost my son, talk about putting salt on an open wound,
