Medical aid Reference number

Good morning<br> <br> What is going on in your credit department?????<br> <br> This is the second time this year that your *********** department has suspended my medical aid benefits because your department is not picking up my payment <br> <br> Your department suspended me in March because you did not pick up my payment that was made on the 26th February because it reflected in your account Monday 1st March 2015 and your department did not look in the new financial year. Unacceptable<br> <br> Now again I paid on the 25th March 2015 - this payment your department did pick up<br> <br> Then I paid on the 25th April 2015 - your department did not pick this one up because it was paid on a Saturday and the Monday was a public holiday - so it would have only reflected in your account on Wednesday 29th April 2015<br> <br> Then I get a email on Monday 12th May to say I have not paid my medical aid - so I double check and then pay my medical aid again on the 13th May 2015 to prevent your *********** department from suspending my medical aid. And what do the do? Suspend me anyway!!!!!! WHY?<br> <br> Member number ***<br> I.D. Number ***<br> My reference number is *** C Botha and it has been paid on this ref since Sep 2005 .
