Medical aid premiums and unauthorised debits

<p>Bonitas has debit my bank account without authorisation,Numerous calls and emails was sent without reply. My option was changed to the highest tier in the bin cap option for not sending the income verification forms on time. I sent the forms and my daughter of 2 yrs who is the main member employment status hasn't changed since joining the medical aid, she is a minor. So they increased my premiums without my consent and debited my bank account.</p> <p>My credit record has been tarnished because of insufficient </p> <p>I trust and hope someone gets back to me </p> <p>Soonest.</p>
