Medical aid payments

<p> </p> <p>My sons were admitted for circumcision and were booked in for that one day. The procedure only took place later that evening and was discharged about 21:30, I was given a scrip for medication and the chemist was already closed. I then went to my nearest chemist the next day. I was not aware that it will come off my savings as it was suppose to come off the out of hospital medication. I was highly disappoint when I was told that I was suppose to drive 15kim back to the hospital the next day to get the medication there so it could be covered. Its not my fault that the hospitals chemist was closed and that the procedures only took place so late. Due to this medication coming off the savings, I the doctor was unable to claim for the amount of R482.10 code 0191 rejection code this code has been approved fro payment according to the scheme rule. I am not sure if its because I had to sons go for the same thing that its reading paid for already or what. I would like this sorted out so that it could be paid if an error and that the out of hospital meds comes off the correct section. I always speak to people and tell them how great Bonitas is, I never ever had a problem with this medical aid.</p> <p> </p>
