Medical aid only requiring clients to aid it to be richer

The worst medical aid only collecting money from members. I am paying R8000 a month but they have not paid even a sing clam from May 2022. So far I have paid about R13000 from my pocket in the past three months vs R24000 which I have paid to Bonitas without receiving any service back.

I am getting a new medical aid effective from 01 August 2022 which will reward me for the pain of paying premiums every month.

Further to that, no claim they pay in full without any cash levy? What kind of medical aid is this. I feel like the medical aid is getting more aid from me!
