Medical aid is meant to eliviate your stress when in need not to frustrate you more

On the 22nd of March my 6month old baby became really ill had to rush her to the emergency and she was diagnosed with pneumonia, Bonitas declined that claim, when I called to query I was told that it was not emergency a baby with a temp of 39C, whose vomiting baby had be admitted the following evening. In April my 4 yr old took ill had to be rushed to the ER as well she was also admitted, in May the same thing happened. The April claim was also denied May claim has been short paid. Now I'm seating with a bill from Holt&partners the emergency dept. I did everything right went into a network hospital in which was choose for me. This is not on I can't be paying 12000 a month for a medical aid then be subjected to this everytime someone is sick you have to worry if the claims will be paid, now I'm sitting with R4600 from ERC Consulting..
