Medical aid *****

I joined the medical aid through one agent then the 2nd agent I spoke to said there is a special were there is no waiting. Now when he said 45 I didnt think I just said ok. Then I had to sign over the forms for him to take over my profile. Which had my I'd number so you telling me that they are working blindly. Because if you miss something and forget to tell them a condition they are very fast to throw you under the bus. Now I was promised no waiting periods even after I sent my documents so is this my fault or your agents. I repeatedly asked the question in all our conversations and he had confirmed this. Now I get 13 months waiting period WOW I'm so lucky. Listen to me I want what was promised I dont care about you underwriters or your whatever. I was told NO WAITING PERIOD and I want that. Then some bully calls me this morning and keeps saying but you said 45 so we took your word but dummy you look at paperwork not what I say. So now the client must come do your job for you. I will never accept these terms and go ahead try taking me out I will sue the hell out of this company. I want my no waiting periods as promised I will never let this go. I will post this on every platform if this is not sorted out ASAP.
