Medical aid conveniently lies about processing claims to get members sued

I have submitted claims and have followed up and have written correspondence regarding settling accounts. even though in writing, bonitas just didnt adhere to commitment leaving me exposed and sued for outstandings effecting y credit rating. iam taking this up with ombud too as this type of behaviour should be dealt with
