Medical Aid Cancelled - Retrospectively without Communications

Dear Bonitas Even after the death of my wife, you are still causing problems and hardship for my family as you did for years for my wife. The amounts of e-mail I have that was sent to Bonitas over the years is absolutely mind boggling, not to mention the phone calls. My wife's tenure with Bonitas will make a very good case study of how not to handle outlaying and difficult cases.

1. Medical Payments was done up until 2026/03/02 (This month) – in full for ***, so all contributions were received by Bonitas. 2. Not once after the 2 emails that was sent with requested documentation, was any answers supp**** regarding the way forward for my daughter the only dependent. 3. I have now phoned about 10 times to get through to speak to anyone, but the phone line simply keeps on going off – ***. 4. I have now been told to complete a continuation form, which I am waiting for, but the line has once again died before I could finish the conversation.

I am now sitting with unpaid bills for my daughter – due to the medical aid being cancelled retrospectively on the 31 December 2025. As I am sitting here now my daughter does not have medical aid coverage - all bills are being rejected.
