Medical aid ****
I've been using bonitas and never had a problem before. Life happened and bonitas terminated my contract last year. I rejoined late last year. I mistakenly put my old medical aid ref.
I've never received an communication from the medical aid stating that I owe money. Now when they have to activate the new medical aid. They stating that I owed my previous medical aid.
They decide out of the blue to take my money without my permission. I'm now sitting without a medical aid. And being told that I owe money.
This is day *******, I'm taking this matter to the ombudsman. I want my money and I'm no longer interested in this medical aid.
