Medical Aid

Recently changed medical Aids from Medihelp to Bonitas. Paying a higher premium for nothing, probably the worst medical you could have. Went to get my prescription medication but didn’t end up taking the medication because the co payment was too high and didn’t even make sense because I usually don’t even need to make a co payment. so the dispensary reversed the transaction, however it still went off on Bonitas side for 2 different chronic medications that I did not take. Couldn’t use the script again. Phoned Bonitas and they said they will pay out on 05 September. It is now 18 September and nothing. Emailed them, no response. Please tell me how something like this even happens how does 2 different medications go off on the medical aid savings that was not purchased and was reversed by the pharmacy? And then you still don’t pay the member for your error. Every time there has been some issue with this medical aid yet with Medi help I never experienced any issue whatsoever.
