If I can rate this medical aid I would rate zero thier service is very poor and lack of communication to the members,empty promises since I was told that my savings refund was prepared on the 18 th of Dec 2024 but they didn't process any payment, I called on the 31st again still nothing paid to my account,on the 06 th I was promised that the urgent EFT was made but unfortunately no money was paid again,they keep telling me lies everyday that the money will be paid with 24 or 48 hours,today I called and the EFT is on hold after so many lies and empty promises I really hate the treatment.
