Maternity benefits not activated

I am really dissipointed in the service Bonitas is currently providing.

I am almost 24 weeks pregnant, despite multiple calls and emails, my maternity benefits still have not been activated. All my doctor claims keep rejecting, because Bonitas tries to process these claims under the normal benefits.

Not me or the doctors office get any feedback on what is going on.

It is really not a situation an expecting mother should be finding herself in. Stress is not only affecting me, but also my unborn baby.
