I have been struggling since yesterday to get my suspension uplifted from my Medical Aid, Membership Number; ***.<br> <br> Thank you to Martin Mothibedi, who by the way after the 3rd phone call to Bonitas, walked to the Client Service Department and spoke to the person responsible for working with the Life Occupational Health Account and had my Medical Aid sorted within minutes.<br> <br> My husband has been standing at X Rays the whole morning because of an injury to his wrist but could not be assisted because of the suspension of my Medical Aid, which by the way was not even my fault. Also my daughter is Diabetic and Insulin dependent, if anything would have happened to her from yesterday until today ...<br> <br> Martin Mothibedi, you are a very kind and serious person when it comes to your work. You know your work ethics and really try to make a difference. You are professional and courteous on the phone and listens with understanding while explaining to the client the hold up. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU for your understanding and patience even when it was not even your fault to begin with!
