Good Day Bonitas<br> just to make 100% sure now, and now as I told him over the phone I am not happy at all so according to me this matter is not resolved at all but I guess for you it is as no we do not have a change to you.<br> I never use my Medical Aid till I try to do so in Dec and Jan but was declined and I have paid cash,<br> Your feedback as I need to take this further the people of South Africa need to know what is going on all medical aid has lost of promise but time to pay the do not, I am not going to leaf this.<br> The reason for your guys not want to pay my prescription is of the fact that I have use my own DR - Paid cash for my Dr appointment not claim from the medical Aid at all.<br> I must use a DR from Medical AID not my own DR.<br> Now you also say you to not need to refund me my money I have paid for 5 month and not be able to use my Medical aid at all because of the fact the you trick the people of South Africa.<br> I need you to pay back my payments this need to be done I will not stop to report.<br>
